Technology-driven.
Customer-focused.
For nearly 70 years, the Sommers family has taken great pride in treating our customers and employees as if they were family. John F. Sommers founded Allied Printing Services in Manchester, Connecticut in 1949 in a 150-square-foot building. It was his vision, and that of his family, that would grow his printing shop into a modern, state-of-the-art facility, situated on a 30-acre campus. The key to his success was – and still is – people. This means you, our customers, and our dedicated staff of employees who are there to service your every need.
Allied proudly serves a broad base of customers, including those in the financial, healthcare, education, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, automotive, biotechnology, travel & leisure and retail sectors. Our customer relationships stretch back over many years because of our firm commitment to client collaboration and technological innovation.
Quality is at the root of who we are. We print and deliver on time and specialize in difficult projects and complex, high quality work. No job is too big, no detail is too small.
We feature a vast array of prepress, offset web and sheetfed printing, digital printing, finishing equipment and fulfillment solutions – all under one roof – a roof that happens to have Connecticut’s largest solar panel array on top of it. Because at Allied, we are committed to the environment and continually pursue responsible green initiatives in everything we do. Our team is smart, experienced, and takes pride in their company and their work, while giving back to the community at every turn.
That’s the Allied Way. It means we go out of our way for you. To understand your challenges. And exceed your expectations. It means our focus on quality and technology is unequaled. And our commitment to the environment and community is unending. In short, it means good things for you.
