For all of us who work with Vivian LaRosa, it is evident that she knows her stuff and is respected by her peers. She works miracles every day for our sales and production teams, helping to keep our massive amount of direct mail moving seamlessly.
So when the recent announcement was made that Vivian has been named Co-Chair of the Greater Hartford Postal Community Council (PCC), we found out that not only do we value the job she does as our Postal Planner, she is also well respected by the Greater Hartford postal and direct mail community as a whole. Vivian has been with the PCC for the past six years and is currently the Greater Hartford Chapter’s Treasurer. She will now Co-Chair the top spot with Tricia Lucas, acting Hartford Postmaster.
The PCC is an organization which keeps its members informed on the latest postal developments and works closely with the USPS to make mail service more efficient. The PCC is a vehicle for members to meet their postal managers to discuss problems they may be experiencing and learn about mailing practices. Most importantly, they get firsthand professional advice from the experts in the postal system.
Membership is free and there are local chapters across New England and the East Coast. As a member, you will be able to network with other mailers, business mail service providers, and USPS executives. Hear first-hand how to become more efficient and profitable, as well as how to handle common challenges that arise.
If you are as passionate about the success of your direct mail programs as Vivian is, take a tip from her, and become a member. Or contact your Allied Sales Rep to run your direct mail project by Vivian – we offer a rare in-house service by providing top expertise!
