Allied Printing Services keeps pace with the continually evolving technologies and increasing security and privacy laws designed to protect our customers’ data. Meeting these growing needs requires additional policies and procedures for the proper handling of data and heightening of security awareness throughout the organization.
We are pleased to announce that after completing our ISO Information Security Management System certification audit, we have achieved ISO 27001:2013 certification. Earning this certification is a significant milestone for Allied that puts us in an exclusive group of printing companies and is a credential that strengthens our position as an industry leader. This certification communicates to our customers the serious responsibility we own as a company in protecting the confidentiality and integrity of their data with which we are entrusted every day. Our employees, who undergo regular security awareness training, understand the relevance of confidentiality in today’s business climate, and their part in upholding this promise through policies, procedures, secure workflow and sound ethics. Our continual adoption of the latest security technologies reflects our heightened commitment in providing a secure environment.
ISO 27001:2013 now joins our ISO 9001:2015 Quality certification, which we have held since 2001 when few other printers had achieved that status. We have earned recertification annually since. The ISO process is built on the concept of continual improvement. Our ISO management team reinforces all aspects of this conviction by building on successes, measured milestones and sound standards in place. This is not a once-a-year look back. We constantly challenge ourselves with new benchmarks. It is how we conduct ourselves. By adhering to stringent sets of rules and regulations for handling secure data and maintaining quality expectations throughout each year and within each department, Allied Printing continues to position ourselves as a leader in the commercial printing segment of the graphic arts community.
